What your accounting firm handles for you
A complete accounting cycle managed monthly, so year end arrives with your books in order and your returns already filed on time.
Bookkeeping and daily entries
Transactions recorded as they happen against a chart of accounts built for your business, with expenses and revenue classified so the monthly reports are actually readable and decision-ready.
VAT returns
Preparing the return, checking input and output tax, and filing it with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority on time.
Zakat declaration
Calculating the Zakat base, preparing the declaration and submitting it, with the supporting schedules the Authority asks for tied back to your books.
Payroll management
Monthly payroll runs, allowances, deductions and end-of-service benefits, with bank upload files and the payroll entries posted to your books.
Bank reconciliations
Matching bank statements to your books every month, surfacing differences and unreconciled items before they accumulate into an expensive clean-up.
Financial statements and Qawaem
Preparing the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, and filing your statements through the Ministry of Commerce Qawaem platform.

An external accounting firm, or an accountant on payroll
The difference is not the salary. It is the fully loaded cost, the continuity, and the breadth of experience behind the work.
The real cost
An accountant's salary is not the true cost. Add social insurance, end-of-service benefits, annual leave, training and software licences. An external firm is one known monthly fee agreed in advance.
Continuity
One accountant on leave or resigning stops your accounting cycle and delays your filings. A team does not go absent, and the work is documented rather than living in one person's head.
Breadth of experience
A single hire brings their own experience and no more. Our team combines Big Four and multinational backgrounds, and covers tax, Zakat, payroll and reporting together.
Deadlines kept
Filing deadlines do not wait. Tracking what falls due is part of the service, so you never discover a deadline after it has passed and the penalty has landed.
Four steps from first call to monthly running
Introductory call
We listen to what your business does, your transaction volume and the current state of your books. The call is free and commits you to nothing.
Assessing where you stand
We look at the books, filings and registrations you already have, and identify the gaps and any periods left outstanding.
Written scope and fee
A written proposal setting out what the work includes and what it does not, the monthly fee, and the delivery dates.
Monthly running
Regular delivery of entries, reconciliations and reports, filings submitted on time, and one consistent point of contact.

Common questions about engaging an accounting firm
How much does an accounting firm cost per month?
There is no single fee, because the work is measured by your monthly transaction volume, the number of bank accounts, how many employees sit on the payroll run, and whether the business is registered for Value Added Tax. A small business with limited activity is very different from an e-commerce store issuing thousands of invoices a month. Fees are therefore quoted after we assess where you stand, presented in writing and in full before any commitment, and cover the agreed scope with no charges appearing later.
What is the difference between an accounting firm and an audit firm?
An accounting firm runs the accounting cycle: entries, reconciliations, payroll, filings and preparing financial statements. Expressing an independent professional opinion on financial statements is separate regulated work performed by a practitioner licensed specifically for it. We provide accounting services along with tax and Zakat compliance. If your business needs that independent engagement, we prepare the books and supporting schedules so it runs smoothly.
Do you work with businesses outside Dammam and the Eastern Province?
Yes. The service is delivered remotely across every region of Saudi Arabia, and the team currently serves businesses in thirteen regions. Documents and reports are exchanged electronically and meetings are held by video, so being near our office is not a requirement. Our Dammam office is available for clients in the Eastern Province who prefer to meet in person.
Is your firm licensed?
Yes. We hold a professional licence from the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants, and we handle bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and preparing and filing your returns.
What do you need from us to start?
Your commercial registration, any tax and Zakat certificates you hold, bank statements for the period in question, your sales and purchase invoices, employee details if payroll is in scope, and access to your current accounting system if you use one. If you have no system in place, we set up the chart of accounts from scratch.
Our books are several months behind. Can that be fixed?
Yes, and catching up on back periods is routine work. It starts by scoping the unrecorded period and gathering its documents, then posting entries and reconciling bank accounts month by month until you are current. The time and fee for the catch-up are quoted separately from the monthly fee once we have seen the volume, because it is one-off work. Where the delay has left returns unfiled, we explain the regulatory position and the options available before any action is taken.
Do we keep ownership of our data and accounts?
Yes. Accounts on the accounting systems are registered in your business's name and remain yours, and you have access at any time. When an engagement ends, the books, entries and reports are handed over in full in an importable format, with no data held back and no requirement to continue.
